Surah Hajj Verse 41

“(They are) those who, if We establish them in earth, shall establish Salat and pay Zakat, enjoin good and forbid evil; and to Allah is the sequel of (all) affairs”

Imam Baqir (as) explained the verse, This verse refers to the family of Mohammed (sawa), and (specifically) to the Mahdi (as) and his companions. Allah will give them ownership of the entire earth and (He) will publish the religion. He will destroy falsehood and innovation (in religion) through the Qaem (as) and his companions, just as the foolish destroyed Haqq.

(The Qaem (as) and his companions) will leave no sign of oppression and they will “enjoin good and forbid evil; and to Allah is the sequel of (all) affairs”. (Taweel Al Ayat Al Zahirah page 339; Tafseer Al Qummi volume 2 page 87)
